The production of the Ades commercial "Divididos" represented a creative and logistical challenge. The task was to bring to life a narrative that celebrated unity through diversity, with a very ambitious visual vision. The project required constructing large-scale sets and filming in multiple locations, all under the attentive and demanding eye of cinematographer Federico Cantini. The production had to be flawless to meet the level of detail and aesthetics that the director and DoP expected.
As the Unit Production Manager, my role was central to the production's coordination. Under the direction of Pucho Mentasti, I took charge of all the logistics for the technical team, from cameras and rigging to lights and props. My mission was to ensure that each department had what it needed to work fluidly, managing resources so that Federico Cantini's vision could be executed without a hitch. The pressure was high, but our methodology of rigorous planning allowed us to maintain control on such a demanding set.
The result is a vibrant and dynamic commercial that powerfully conveys the brand's message. The production is a testament to how solid logistics are the foundation for a top-tier creative execution. The project demonstrates my ability to manage complete technical teams, work under the pressure of demanding professionals, and deliver a flawless production that not only meets but exceeds artistic expectations.
